excellent location friendly staff convenient room chilly room no hot water door banging
the location is close to local shops and cafes it allowed easy access to restaurants. the staff was friendly i found them nice and accommodating. i booked a double room it provided convenience .
the room felt a bit chilly i wished the heating was more effective. i noticed there was no hot water in the room nor in the bathroom it prevented me from showering. i heard constant door banging early each morning it disturbed my rest.

stained bed covers blood stains
The location was convenient for getting around. It's pretty central.
The room cleanliness was sub-par. I saw stains on the bed covers and what looked like blood on the sheets. the covers should be thrown out. it made the whole room look dated!

central location separate building reliably hot water
the location was indeed central, a real plus for getting around. my room was in a separate building just around the corner (very close to everything). i found my room very warm and the shower had reliably hot water each morning.
the room was quite basic, and though mostly clean, the bedspread looked a bit old.

The television did not work and the remote was broken. The sheets were dirty, and the pillows also. The bathroom was very dirty! it was a disappointment.

stylish bathroom comfortable bed pleasant view
The bathroom was clean and quite stylish. the bed felt very comfortable to me. i had a lovely view facing bath street from my room. That was nice.
the soundproofing in my room was not great.
